If you are using Internet Explorer and experiencing problems, perform the steps below to delete your cookies, passwords, and add Moodle to your Trusted Sites.
Internet Explorer Directions
- Click on Tools, then select Internet Options.
- On the General tab, delete your cookies and saved passwords, then click Close.
- Click the Security tab.
- Click on Trusted Sites.
- When the Sites button appears, click it.
- In the textbox below the "Add this website to the zone, add http://online.surry.edu.
- Remove the green checkmark from the box beside Require server verification....
- Click the Add button.
- Click the Close button.
- Click the OK button.
- Close the browser window to be sure the new changes are saved.
- Re-open the browser window and login in.
